Elvis's peanut butter, jelly & bacon sandwich

I heard about a sandwich like this on the radio yesterday and just had to make one for breakfast. It's a hollowed-out loaf of bread (I used sourdough, but next time I'll try Italian) stuffed with PB&J and a pound of bacon. They are meant to serve 8 and Elvis ate an entire sanwich.

It was acually pretty good. I ate a piece and a half.
